- The student's tuition will be paid monthly on the first lesson of the month. If the tuition is not paid by the second lesson of the month, than that student will lose their spot to the next available student.
- If student cancels a lesson without reasonable notice, they will be charged for the lesson without a reschedule opportunity.
- If a student is a no show for a lesson, than they will be charged for the lesson without a reschedule opportunity.
- If a student cancels a lesson with proper notice, they will have the opportunity to reschedule the lesson with the teacher. If a student cannot reschedule the lesson, than the lesson will not be refunded, if the teacher cannot reschedule the lesson for any reason, than the lesson will be credited.
- Any returned checks will incur a $25 charge added to the monthly tuition.
- If a student quits during the month, there is no refund for the remainder of that month.
- Family discounts are available for more than one student from a family.
- If one or more siblings quit lessons at the family rate, the remaining student goes back to the normal lesson rates.
- If a student is late to their lesson, they will only be taught for the remaining time of their scheduled lesson time.
- If a student returns after losing their time slot due to non-payment, their credit card will go on file and will be charged if payment is not made by the second lesson.
- If a student cancels more than 1 lesson in any given month, they will be charged for the remaining lessons in the month.
- Gift certificates will expire 60 days from the first lesson.
- The tuition charged to the student covers the price of all sheet music, books and supplies. Tuition also covers the teacher's time of preparing the lesson, music studio technology upgrades and musical talent that go into a successful piano lesson with the student. The student will be taught the most extensive and cutting edge approach that deals with today's technology and music but with the knowledge and experience of old school piano teaching.
